If your product is not fully to your satisfaction, please return it to us and get a full refund. You will have to pay for shipping to us though. E-mail us your order information and we will get back to you where to closest ship the product.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (the order e-mail good enough).

To return your product, you should mail your product to our closest warehouse, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org before returning the product to get the address to the warehouse closest to your location.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
